Outdoor Concert Location Change – Now Indoors

Due to cooler temperatures and considerable cloudiness, our upcoming Outdoor Concert on Wednesday, May 6 will now be held indoors in the high school auditorium. Students need to arrive by 5:00 PM.

Please see the updated details below:

Location: High School Auditorium

Food Trucks: Will be set up outside the main entrance of the school

Seating & Eating: The cafeteria will be available for eating (please remember that no food or drink is allowed in the auditorium)

Vendors: Will be located in the cafeteria

Livestream: The concert will be livestreamed, and a projector will be set up in the cafeteria for additional viewing

The performance schedule will remain the same.

Reminder to All Seniors: Mandatory CPR training will be on Wednesday, May 6th st at 8:30 AM in the wrestling room. Completion of CPR training is mandatory for graduation.

ATTENTION ALL 8TH GRADE STUDENTS:

There will be a question and answer session regarding the 9th grade registration process on Wednesday, May 13th at 7:00 PM in the auditorium.

We encourage all students and parents/guardians to attend to learn more about the registration process for the upcoming school year.

SENIOR CLASS NIGHT is Monday, May 11th at 6:30 PM in the auditorium. Seniors should arrive no later than 6:20 PM.

Attention 7th and 8th grade students!

Get ready for a fun night at our Fiesta Dance on Friday, May 8 from 6:00–8:00 PM in the high school MP room! 🌮🎶

Admission is just $2, and drinks and snacks will be provided.

Please remember: This event is for 7th & 8th grade Iowa Valley students only. No outside guests will be allowed Students must be academically eligible to attend. Bring your friends and come enjoy a night of music, fun, and fiesta vibes—we hope to see you there!

Attention All 7th and 8th Grade Boys:

If you're interested in signing up for the Boys Basketball Camp happening July 20th through the 22nd, you can stop by the office or Coach Konicek's classroom to pick up a registration form.

There will be an FFA meeting on Friday, May 8 at 7:45 AM for all 9th-12th graders. Breakfast will be served. The new officer team will lead the meeting. Seniors invited to attend.

Friday, May 8th classes will be running on the 1 PM dismissal schedule with .1 skinny's.

REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS

Please take a few minutes to check your lockers and at home for any books that belong to the Media Center or your teachers' classroom libraries.

All books should be returned by the end of the school year. Any books not returned at that time will need to be paid for.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULE FOR TODAY

Boys and Girls track @ Lynnville-Sully starts at 4:00pm. Students dismissed at 1:45, bus leaves at 1:55.
